Continuing the 10″ x10″ series. I use the ever changing sky and light which hovers over my marshland as the back drop for this piece. As the day comes to a close, I imagine man’s thoughts drifting out of the atmosphere leaving a pure night air. The vines day or night continue to stand tall and firm as if guardians: guardians of nature’s wisdom. Elements of language incorporated into the sky bring humanity into this landscape….the on-going mystery of How we are connected and affect each other’s existence.
